The rooms are huge and airy, the room service is quick and food is great. Great experience overall. Pool water is clean I guess and gym is well equipped. Good number of shopping spots and malls are nearby. Lot of shuttles ply to major locations.

House keeping service was preety good. We got just a few issues but they solved it in time. The food was pretty good and with lot of variety. Everything was pretty enjoyable.The hospitality was all too nice and friendly. Devraj, bigal and Mary gave good service.

Had a pleasant experience, rooms were maintained very well, food was diverse and decent. The staff(devaraj, bigul and others) were really helpful. The entire week I spent here went very smooth without much of trouble. I would recommend this place for family, or business trips to Bangalore.
